Gay Teens Find Safe Space on YouTube

 

"I realized I was gay through YouTubers", says 16 year-old Adrianna Prattas, a Toronto based gay teen YouTuber. In this special LGBTQ+ coming out story exploring how gay youth find safe spaces and support on platforms like YouTube, Adrianna, an incredibly articulate Toronto teen lesbian decided to share her coming out story on www.pinkplanet.tv because she wanted to ensure more queer youth find someone they can connect with in this digital age. In her direct to camera interview, Adrianna explains, "I'm telling as many people as I can, just in case there is someone struggling with it so they realize that it's ok".
